A: To create a new report, select the day(s) you'd like to export then tap the "Export" icon on the Report screen. You will be asked to give your report a descriptive name!
A: When you record a video or audio note, SiteWalk uses Apple's on deceive advanced speech recognition technology to convert your speech into text. For best results, speak as clearly as possible.
A: All your media is stored on your physical device. When reports are exported SiteWalk uses Google Firebase to securely store your report data. This means your reports, media, and account information are backed up in the cloud once you export them. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on data storage.
A: If you forget your password, you can use the "Forgot Password" link on the sign-in screen. Follow the instructions sent to your registered email address to reset your password.
A: You need to first generate/export your report (Look for the "Export" option within the Report view). You can then choose your preferred method, such as email or saving to your device. Each Report will have a custom URL link that can then be shared again. All reports even generated will be listed in Report List under Settings (gear icon)
A: We are currently in the inital phase of launching our app and are offering SiteWalk at no cost to the user. Premium features such as admin site panels, cloud storage, unlimited reports, or others might be offered in the future at additional costs that will be announced and shared with all current and future users.
